What android and iOS versions can utilise the app?

Android: 4.4+ KitKat onwards iOS: 9+
Operating system (iPhone 4 onwards)

My phone is not picking up the numbers on my voucher. What do I do?

– If you cannot pick scratch card numbers then try re-focusing your camera and wipe the camera lens.
– If this doesn’t work please close app and re-open.
– Also, be aware of glare from lights around which will make recognition hard.

I am pointing the app at a brand on Point&Play platform but nothing is happening. What do I do?

– If nothing happens when you scan product, try re-focusing your camera and wipe the camera lens.
– If this doesn’t work please close app and re-open. Also, be aware of glare from lights around which will make recognition hard.
– Check internet connection

Can I scan a product, save and watch the content at a later date?

– Currently this can only be done on iOS version
– On android this function will be available depending on the brands campaigns

– Can I share pictures and videos of products I scan?
– Not on our current version. This will be implemented in our next stage of updates.
